Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise.
My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

Great software for the money
Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

Very easy to use. Could perhaps be upgraded by getting you directly to one point you'are looking for in you document (pdfiller only underline the searched element but don't bring you to it).
