PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. All documents are neat and professional-looking, including my digital signature! Initially I was unsure about whether or not it was worth spending the money on PDF filler b/c I wasn't sure how often I would be using it, but now I would definitely say it's worth it! I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

PDF filler is an easy to use editor. I had no problem downloading the forms I needed to fill in to the program , fill my forms, click done and print (in color). And you get 1 month free trial. Thank you.
