It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. PDF filler were great. I used the service when I needed and signed up the subscription service. I had a lot IRL things going on and forgot about it. They issued a refund anyways when I asked. Really great customer service from them when needed. Thanks to Jerome.

How do I unlock a locked PDF in Windows?
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page.
Select your PDF file. In the window that opens, go to the location in which your PDF is stored, then click the PDF once to select it.
Click Open.
Enter the user password.
Click UNLOCK.
Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
