Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. How do I access a locked PDF?
Open Locked PDF Drag and drop your password-protected PDF into this tab. If your PDF file has an open password, then you will get a new window to ask for the open password. Just enter the correct password to open it. If your PDF file has the permission password, then you can open it in Chrome directly.
How do I enable PDF on my iPhone?
Send the PDF to iBooks. Tap the “Open in iBooks” button that appears. If you have another PDF reader, tap the “Open in” button instead then select the app. View your PDF in iBooks or your PDF reader. If you opened it in iBooks, it will be stored in the app and in your iCloud storage so that you can always access it.
How do I split a PDF into multiple PDFs for free?
Drag and drop your PDF into the PDF Splitter.

Why can't I open a PDF on iPhone?
Your iPhone or iPad is designed to open PDF files automatically. If you are having this problem with some PDF documents, it is possible that those PDF documents may be corrupted. These files cannot be opened if they are corrupted. Perhaps the PDF file you could not open was not downloaded properly.
How do I separate PDF pages on iPhone?
Just open the PDF file from which you want to extract pages.
In the Printer Options page, select the Range aka the pages you want in the new PDF file.
In the new page that will open, tap the share button again.
How do I unlock a PDF on my iPhone?
