I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.
I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business

Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.

How to Use the Unlock PDF Metadata Feature in pdfFiller
Unlocking PDF metadata in pdfFiller is a simple process that allows you to edit and remove metadata from your PDF documents. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can easily create one for free.

Once you're logged in, click on the 'My Forms' tab at the top of the page.

How do I remove metadata from a PDF?
On the Protect tab, in the Redaction group, click Remove Metadata.
A dialog appears, and asks you to confirm that you want to remove all metadata. Click OK.
How do I unlock a PDF for editing for free?
Drag and drop your document in the PDF Password Remover.
Confirm that you have the right to the file and click 'Unlock PDF!'.
The decryption process should start right away.
Modify your PDF further, or click 'Download File' to save the unlocked PDF.
