tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

Great service, had a problem with some money beikg taken from me which shouldn't have been, either it was my fault or theirs idk doesnt matter. What matters i the support was quick to give it back. Such service isnt seen very much around

Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!

How do I change my loan period on Libby?
You can change your loan period for each title when you borrow it. Loan periods vary by library and by format. After you tap Borrow, tap the underlined loan period on the confirmation page. Then, select a new loan period for that title.
How do I extend my loan on Libby?
Go to Shelf > Loans. Tap Manage Loan. If you've borrowed the book from multiple libraries, select the due date for the copy you'd like to renew. Tap Renew Loan, then Renew.
How long can you borrow a book on Libby?
You can borrow e-books and Audiobooks from Overdrive or Libby for 7 days, 14 days, or 21 days. It's your choice! You can also set a default lending period for all items in a given format.
How do I extend my loan on Overdrive?
Sign in to your Account on your library's Overdrive website. On your Checkouts page, select the Renewal link next to the title you'd like to renew. Note: This link will appear three days before the title is supposed to expire. Enter and confirm your email address in the renewal form, then select Renew.
Can I renew a book on Libby?
You'll be able to renew a book a few days before it's due. If it's too early, Libby will tell you how much longer you need to wait before you can renew it. In a few rarer cases, the book may no longer be available in the collection.
Where is the menu button on Libby?
Since you are using the Libby app on your device, choosing to read in Libby is the most direct way to read your e-book. Once your e-book has opened, you can tap in the center of the screen to reveal the menus at the top and bottom of the screen. Tap in the center of the screen again to hide the menus.
Can the Libby app read aloud?
If you use one iOS or Android device to browse, download, and read or listen to digital books, we recommend trying Libby. It's a great one-device experience. Also, if you make use of accessibility features in the Overdrive app, you'll need to stick with that until more accessibility features get added to Libby.
