It's not often I even respond to satisfaction surveys because as a business owner seldom do I find a company that lives up to it's hype. So far so good... i've used several different programs and am a quick learner.... can't say that for a lot of people who are not used to new programs.... this is VERY user friendly and I will definitely recommend it!

The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.
