I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.

Takes a little getting used to, but not bad
Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place.
Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Very convenient to fill out PDFs
It's a wonderful application and offers convenience.
It alllows you to easily fill out PDFs instead of printing them and doing it manually and dc an I g them back into computer.
Sometimes the alignment can be a little offer when placing where you put the cursor to fill out the pdf.

What is on a settlement statement?
A settlement statement is a document that summarizes all the fees and charges that a borrower and lender face during the settlement process of a loan transaction. Settlement statements can also be referred to as closing statements.
Is a settlement statement the same thing as a closing statement?
The HUD-1 form, often also referred to as a Settlement Statement, a Closing Statement, Settlement Sheet, combination of the terms or even just HUD is a document used when a borrower is lent funds to purchase real estate. Another acronym used in relation to the HUD form is GFE, which means 'Good Faith Estimate'.
How is the amount the seller receives at closing calculated?
The seller paid the May 1 payment on the loan and the buyer will be making the June 1 payment. At closing, the interest on the loan will need to be prorated and should be calculated: Then the seller is charged (debited) for that amount and the buyer is credited (receives) the same amount on the closing statement.
