Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

PDFfiller is easy to use.
I feel that PDFfiller is great fro our company. We can use this software for various ways throughout our company.
I love that I can take a blank application and make it fillable for others to use.
I don't have anything about it that I don't like.

Don't quite understand how it works as I am not a computer person except to do genealogy, and write.
One cannot operate a computer without it. At least this is what I'm finding out.
It all seems automatic, I would like to know more about it's function, Why's and what-fores, instead of just logging on and it appears. All I know is that it is a major function for downloading photographs and some documents. There should be a tutorial offered to those who are senior citizens and so many things are automatic.
It takes understanding its function to a non-software-computer person. Guess more instruction would help.

The affordability of pdf filler to begin with . It's an excellent price for all of the features u need to run a business . And the pff filler is incredibly easy and quick to use . With ismts many features u can do everything from creating your own documents to keep ur business running smoothly to editing documents to fit your needs down to signing document and sending them out to partners or clientele.all in all PDf filler is a awesome addition to your business to keep thingsvk running

I haven't yet found anything that I dislike . Or found not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF Fill gives me the ability to either edit a particular document to suit your business needs at the moment or create a document . You can do everything needed from pdf filler from create odit to sign or send to be signed to file , email etc it's very easy to understand and use as well as affordable

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

What do you like best?
I have not used any other feature but editing the documents. it is so far to my satisfactory
What do you dislike?
when we need to have more than 2 files on the screen for editing by switching one from another to compare , i ound that i not able to do so, we have to close one and then open another another one, this will course losing the data and takes time ( that could be the possibility that features are there but i don't know how to use it at same time,

i usually use pdFiller to edit the shipping documents that are not in compliance with requirements that officials need for format of the documents , contents of the documents ,such as some information are missing as the documents
