Also that there was a square/box that could be drawn, not just the addition of a circle.

PDf FIller worked Well. We are a tax service and the application was very useful. It would be great to have a library of fillable IRS forms too. Maybe this could be a future product option?

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

Overall PDFFiller is a necessity for all organizations that have to sign and send documents in a daily basis. It is definitely worth it every penny.
The thing I like the most about this software is how easy it makes it for us to fill out forms, sign them and send them to other recipients. In my job, I have to be constantly filling out employment verifications and with this software, makes it extremely simple.
The price at the beginning was a bit high for us but all the functionalities make the price worth because of all the actions it helps me to do in seconds rather to find it different software to complete the same task.

I am using this program for school…
I am using this program for school applications and I love the ease of downloading and making all my tests and worksheets fillable the only issue so far is that when students fill out worksheets and send to me they all come ananomously so if a student forgets name on paper I have no way to track it, it is definately the students problem but it is just a bit of a hassle.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

Is a text a binding agreement?
Even emails and text messaging can constitute a legally binding agreement! In fact, this document was never drafted (never mind signed), but the court confirmed that the parties intended to be bound by the terms which they informally negotiated and agreed in the emails.
Is a Facebook message legally binding?
Yes, emails and FB messages could be legally binding, it depends on whether the content of the messages make the arrangement clear, etc.
Is a text message considered in writing?
To date, few jurisdictions consider texting to be legal written notice, and none consider them to be legal documents. Meaning, it may occasionally be legally binding when a text accepts a formal written document. But the text itself cannot be the formal written document.
Is a text message legally binding in California?
California's Statute of Frauds expressly excludes text messages and similar forms of electronic messages from those writings which may serve as evidence of an agreement. As a result, it's important that important agreements have formal contracts to back up their terms.
Is an email confirmation legally binding?
In simple terms, two people must reach an agreement between them. So, one email on its own can't be a legally binding contract. However, there's no reason why an exchange of emails can't contain all of these elements. Therefore, an exchange of emails can form a legally binding contract.

The controlling New York statute does not allow for a text message. It requires a written notice as well as 'service' in the same manner as an actual landlord and tenant lawsuit. It requires a one-month advance notice, where the New York City law requires a 30-day notice.
Can a 30-day notice be texted?
If your unit is not rent-controlled, the notice needs to be either 30 or 60 days and must mention that the tenancy will not be renewed. Second, the eviction notice must be served, or delivered, upon the tenant. Similarly, sending a text message is not proper service.
