What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.

I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!

If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

What do you like best?
Everything about PDFFiller makes my days easier. It's affordable, easy to use, and makes any PDF editing absolutely easy and fast. I would definitely recommend PDFFiller to anyone who needs to be able to edit PDFs or make them fillable. Hands down the best program I've ever used!

I haven't found anything about PDFFiller yet that isn't helpful or user friendly.

If you need a software that does it all - edits PDF files, helps you to make PDF files fillable, even lets you send out faxes - PDF Filler is what you need! The annual cost is very affordable for all that it offers and I've yet to see, use, or even hear about any other service that offers all that PDFFiiller does.

The problems that I solve using PDFFiller most is to make PDFs fillable - especially since COVID started and we have more people working from home or trying to fill out documents from home.

What should be included in a rental lease?
Names of all tenants. Limits on occupancy. Term of the tenancy. Rent. Deposits and fees. Repairs and maintenance. Entry to rental property. Restrictions on tenant illegal activity.
Can a text message be used as an eviction notice?
A text message is not a legally recognized notice to vacate, so you can ignore it. The notice would start the day you receive the proper legal notice in writing.
Can you evict someone over text?
First, the landlord must give you written notice to move out. Back to the original scenario if a tenant receives a notice of eviction via text message from her landlord, is it valid? In the majority of states, a text message would not qualify as valid written notice or valid service.

Can you text a 30-day notice?
You need to look to your lease. Despite the fact you and your landlord informally communicate through texting, if your lease specifically states notice of termination must be in writing, a text, unfortunately, does not constitute “writing.” It's certainly not a formal notice.
Does text message count as in writing?
To date, few jurisdictions consider texting to be legal written notice, and none consider them to be legal documents. Meaning, it may occasionally be legally binding when a text accepts a formal written document. But the text itself cannot be the formal written document.
Is it hard to evict someone?
These can be tenants that are over a certain age, such as 62 years old, who have lived at a property for a certain number of years, such as 10 years. It can be very difficult to evict a protected tenant from a property, even for legitimate reasons such as nonpayment of rent.
Does a text message stand up in court?
The answer is yes. . . And no. Text messages aren't automatically admissible in court. Steps must be taken to properly preserve the texts as evidence, or they won't be allowed to be presented in your case.
