I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done.
I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00).
I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent
