Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.

PDF Filler is a great website for me to use. It's simple and convenient since I don't need to fill everything by hand. The only issues I have are filling in the date because I'm required to manually select the day, month, and year. Another issue is the website automatically switching to the next page which is annoying because I want to check all the fill ins are correct. Lastly, the layout of the website is rather confusing because I had to spent a couple of minutes figuring out how to import documents and other stuff. That's why PDF Filler gets a 4 star rating because of these mild inconvenience.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
