What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.

If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Not being able to upload more than five pages at a time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

What do you like best? I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc. What do you dislike? I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!

What do you like best? pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate. Bates numbers offer a way to specifically identify each individual page of a production. Bates numbering also known as Bates stamping or Bates labeling is the process of assigning a unique, sequential identification number to each page, file, or image in a voluminous production.
Insert Page Numbers in a PDF To do so, go to the “Tools” menu and click “Edit PDF” if editing is not enabled. Then, in the toolbar, click “Header & Footer” then “Add” to add a header or footer to the document to display the page numbers.
Bates stamping is the process of applying a set of identifying numbers to a document collection of PDFs to label and identify them. You can use Previewer to apply a Bates stamp to documents even if you don't import them into a case spreadsheet.
