I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

Brilliant piece of kit... does what it says on the tin
Great multi functional PDF editing software. Handy to unlock and edit PDF files and convert, rearrange, reformat etc etc
Graphical interface is lacking, but the software works so effortlessly that this does not impact on the functionality

Easy to use and edit PDF files. Pricing was cheaper compared to alternatives

Most of our Company Documents are…
Most of our Company Documents are shared in .pdf format so having the ability of edit them without the need to print out and then fill them in is my reason for the 5 star rating. The interface is simple to understand and easy to navigate.

The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

How do you write text in a shape?
Right-click anywhere in your shape and click the Add Text command. This places an insertion point in the shape where you can type your text. Once you've added whatever you want to write, the Format tab has tools you can use to give your text a little pop with things like text styles and shading.
How do you put text in a shape?
On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes, and then click the shape that you want. Drag to create the shape. The shape is automatically selected. On the Drawing Tools tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click Edit Text. Type the text that you want.
How do I put text in a shape in Word?

How do you stop text from overwriting?
Press the “Ins” key to toggle over type mode off. Depending on your keyboard model, this key may also be labeled “Insert.” If you simply want to disable over type mode but keep the ability to toggle it back on, you are done.
What is over type mode?
Over type mode is an editing mode in which everything you type replaces something else in your document. When over type mode is active, and you type a letter, it replaces the letter to the right of the insertion point. When over type mode is not active, your text is inserted where the insertion point is located.
