It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

So far, it is excellent for moderately tweaking content. It would be nice if I could select images and move them like Adobe but this is so rarely needed....

This helps with my pdf files and is pretty similar to Acrobat pro. I prefer Acrobat pro to PDFfiller, but this is still very good software

Amazing Customer Service
While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my PayPal account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. My experience was good with pdfFiller. I just don't feel that I would use it enough to keep the extra expense!
This was my response and I truly liked it a lot but I don't think that I would be using it enough to warrant the extra expense.

Is there a way that 1 page can be…
Is there a way that 1 page can be flipped? sometimes there are documents that are written horizontally and there is no way to fill it in unless the sheet is rotated. If there is no way to do this then it should be. That is why one star is missing. otherwise great.

A notice of deficiency, also called a statutory notice of deficiency or 90-day letter, is a legal notice in which the IRS Commissioner determines the taxpayer's tax deficiency.
