Very user friendly. I had to contact support and they assisted me very quickly and sent me the correct form to use for an insurance claim I was working on. Looking forward to using this service again. 6/13/16 Makes my life a WHOLE lot easier!

PDF Filler has made it much easier to create and edit forms and templates, and complete documents which once had to be either retyped in their entirety, or required the much outdated use of a typewriter to complete.

What do you like best?
Being able to change a document you need to edit.
What do you dislike?
The time it takes to learn at the age of 59. It is frustrating to not know how to work new technology quickly.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
