It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

Best customer service and software! It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. PdfFiller Finally a one stop shop to do everything you need to do with PDF's! It's never been easier to sign documents and move them down the chain of command! The learning curve is something we're still have trouble with.

30 Day Free Trial is wonderful. Has all the forms, information, etc to prepare your taxes and file them electronically. Excellent Website. Excellent Brand.
