I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a… I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. It works A simple to use platform that gets the job done as long as your prescription is up to date, all good. Can edit docs and pdf and save as doc and editable pdf's if required. That's all I need it for.
