My experience has been quite positive for the most part. There were some features I was unable to use successfully, but overall I found the service to be very useful.

It was fast, easy and extremely self explanatory. I actually signed up for it because it was worth it. I recommend it to anyone who needs access to documents quickly. There was also a plethora of different forms to choose from.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! really great program this was a very user friendly interface, no guessing what different tools do or where anything is located everything is organized and very simple but at the same im there is a lot of useful and needed options for editing the pdf, even a way to convert to other document styles and save...can share or and docs as attachment to contacts that you choose, and h\they have the option to edit and add to the doc as well. im also getting a totally free no gimmicks snags or hidden charges or fees and i mean legit its really free for real! highly recommend!!!
