At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. PDFfiller is very easy to use and the auto-save feature works reliably. One thing that I didn't like was that I had to sign up for a plan to be able to save my pdf. Had I not chosen to sign up, I believe my work would have not been saved. What compelled me to sign up was that I didn't want to lose the work that I was doing. Overall, I think PDFfiller is a great tool and worth the money; however, some users may not like the mandatory payment in order to see their documents again.

What do you like best?
I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.
What do you dislike?
There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.

I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to… I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to make a unique Journal. but BOOK BOLT didn't have that feature, I was disappointed.. PDFFiller is easy to use. Took only a few minutes to set up and get started. All your documents are in order and they're easy to access. When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******!
