I am enjoying the service. It is user friendly from a design point of view. I don't have feedback from the recipient experience however I will rate that component once I receive the feedback.

Easy to use. Helpful Support staff. I sent them a link to a document that I needed added and they had it available within minutes of sending it to them:)

Great product for my home-based business. No more searching online for forms or templates and cutting/pasting the old fashioned way! Easy to use and all of the documents my business uses.

What do you like best?
In-line text, change font size, save options to name a few. Being able to quickly fill out insurance applications and having the text line up is amazing. I have been looking for this feature for awhile. PDFfiller is quick, easy, and has boosted my efficiency greatly.
What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up! You won't regret it. PDFfiller is easy to use, extremely helpful, and increases productivity dramatically. Great product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Easily fill out lengthy forms via pdf vs having to print them out and fill out by hand. We have been able to complete applications and fill pdfs faster and get them to where they need to go much faster.

I have used PDF filler often to complete PDF forms. The program is very user friendly. I love it! I love the ease of use it creates when completing documents. It takes the hassle out of completing some of the complicated documents. I really don't have any negative feedback about the software. Sometimes the text of the document overlaps and I have not figured out how to avoid that from happening.

4 stars for now 4 stars for now, I will change it once I receive my refund but I am happy with my interaction with their chat support. His name is Ralph, very straightforward , no wasting of time unlike other customer supports I encountered in the past.
