They also have exceptional support, though you rarely need it. It also gets new features often, such as an inexpensive library of 80,000+ legal and tax forms. Very impressed with th level and quality of handling my request for refund as I only had to use the service one time, but let the "Free Trial" time frame lapse. The subscription charge was immediately refunded on the day it was debited for a one year subscription.
