Great customer service support Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

Error in my ways! I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

What do you like best? It gives me options and variations of a document that saves me time AND aggravation. What do you dislike? Nothing, really. It suits our needs. Maybe more variety of documents. I love how customizable the website makes any file. Its exactly what I was looking for in order to fill out various forms due to the pandemic. Ways to communicate are different now and this website is definitely with the times.

ease of subbitting It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.
