Was looking for a fast PDF fillable form. I found it here. Even has e-sign which really makes me look professional. Always wanted to try it and now I'm glad I did.

I would like to be able to make sub-folder with in sub-folders. I am going to have hundreds of documents/year, and that would make it easier to organize them.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT. WISH IT HAD "ADD/SUBTRACT" FUNCTIONS, WHICH WOULD PRECLUDE THE NEED FOR DOING SO MANUALLY AND THEN INSERTING TOTALS/SUBTOTALS MANUALLY.

I love the ease of using all features, especially the editing/adding text option. This program is top tier! As a healthcare provider who has to often complete forms for patients, this program exceeds my expectations.
