I'm looking for a form I've yet to find. KNOW there must be a form put out "Offer to Purchase & contract that is put out for Real Estate Brokers who are NOT REALTORS. Help!

What do you like best? The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time. What do you dislike? The interface of PDF isn't as modernized as some other products are. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The convenience of completing paperwork electronically for our clients.

Good Experience I had a free trial with pdfFiller and while the product didn't fit all of my needs the support was very responsive and helpful. It was a good experience all around.

Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).

The experience was great. The software seems to be of very high quality. I am a very infrequent user though and cannot justify keeping a subscription.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
