First time using PDF Filler and had trouble at first, needed to register with company. Thank goodness this 80+ year old was able to complete and fax form.

Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

Just started using the program but have search many times before to find an easy way to access documents occasionally needed by our business. This format fits very well and will certainly increase the productivity of office hours. much thanks, Steve Rowell ( Brooks Carpet Inc. )

What do you like best?
This has saved me some much time on filling out all my documents & storing them as well !!! I just love how you can erase information & add other items to it as well!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With this software i am able to edit all my PDF'S add & delete any information that needs to be revised & have an amazing clean, clear & legible PDF's for my clients to view!!!

I purchased a change to my account in error. I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.
