It has been pretty good , but right now i'm having a problem because, it wants to verify and send a passcode to my e-mail, but i can not enter it because it is not showing up in my e-mail

Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year.
