Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. Review of PDFfiller I like this software. It makes the process of editing and filling out pdf files faster, especially when it comes to long documents. It's definitely worth trying. My only con is that sometimes the program freezes and I need to restart it.

It opens up pretty slow, and everytime I open a document the zoom is set to 134% and I don't know how to set it to 100% other than that the pdf filler is easier than others I've used and the other features work good.

Support is good but last release is bad I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.

Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again.
