This program is awesome. A little difficult to look up forms at times - but overall experience was fantastic and the finished product looks clean and professional.

At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Very Quick, saves me a lot of time. I regularly get pdf's that need to be completed and sent back. Now I can upload, fill out and return in a fraction of the time. Since the data is typed, I never get a question about what I wrote.

LIKED THE ABILITY TO SAVE AND PRINT BUT IT TOOK SEVERAL TRIAL AND ERROR EXPERIENCES TO FIGURE OUT THE PROCESS. SOMEONE WITH VERY LITTLE COMPUTER EXPERIENCE WOULD FIND THIS FRUSTRATING

The greatest part about this site is being able to search for all of the various different forms you need. Turbo Tax wanted $159 just to fill out tax forms only needed once a year. Saving a ton on this site!!
