The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

So far every form that I need was available. I have spent hundreds of dollars a year in other software, staff and time what PDF Filler now does for me.

I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

Got done what I needed although the… Got done what I needed although the interface was less intuitive than I hoped and instructions via hlp boxes wasnt there.

What do you like best? The speed of the site, changing forms, editing documents, it easy and it looks professional. What do you dislike? None, this site works well for first-timers and casual users. Smooth W2 Efiling I was just looking for a fill in W2 creator. This one transfers the IRS information to the other forms, and then as a bonus allows you to e-file. Reasonable price. I'm impressed.
