In less than ten minutes I was messaged back by customer service via email, it's 11:15 pm by the way, and the problem at hand was resolved immediately. This is not a robot or program typing this, I am a real human being, my name is Mike and I totally love PDFfiller.

eing a new user of this platform I had a major issue and they went over and beyond to fix it and made it up to me even tho it was my fault for not reading. ha

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

What do you like best?
Good value and much better than Adobe. I highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes slow to upload and save but not too bad most of the time.

I have to complete many Government forms and docs that are antiquated and not fillable online - PDF filler solaced the problem every time.

I love the product I love the product! Its a god send working remotely. I can sign forms, password protect documents with personal information and email them in an instant.

so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far
