I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

It took a while to begin to understand how this works. I would definitely like to attend a webinar to learn more about it. After I fill in all these forms I send you, how do I save them to my computer? Thanks, Joyce Wicks

What do you like best?
Ability to edit then fax. Simple to find documents that I have scanned to PDF format.
What do you dislike?
Could have a better fax cover sheet, it should be more graphic

We use a lot of paper forms and it wasn't until recently that we began transferring all our old school paper and pen documents to these nifty fillable PDFs that folks can easily and conveniently complete and submit online. Sometimes PDFfiller lags a bit but it's not annoying enough to stop using. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product.
