I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.

Worked well. Looks like a good program. I was only using it for one foerm, and do not feel I need the program. You charged me for a full year $72.00, when I felt I WASA SUBSCRIBING FOR ONE MONEH. PLEASE REFUND TTHE DIFFERENCE.

Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.

I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee.
