Works great with laptop, but Was time consuming and difficult to work on IPad. Had to switch to my laptop in order to speed up the process and complet the job.

It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

Being able to change a document you need to edit.

The time it takes to learn at the age of 59. It is frustrating to not know how to work new technology quickly.

Easy alternative for PDF editing and updating More secure way to share documents with signature requests. Needs more cost-friendly modules for multiple users.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Highly recommended Highly recommended! This is the best program I've seen for converting to PDF. It's easy to use and does everything I need plus much more. The price is great too. Thanks for making conversion easier and user friendly!
