Frequent User Overall I have had a good experience with PDFfiller. I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database. It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Using pdfFiller is seamless! Using pdfFiller has been a seamless process! Love that there is a 30-day free trial. Dashboard is easy to navigate. Also love multiple send options (including fax). Great tool to use at work and for personal tasks!

Took me a minute to get the hang of… Took me a minute to get the hang of it... after that no problem. Not sure if there is a tutorial for typing in text and moving the text where you need it...
