Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

AWESOME program but too expensive AWESOME program, but the monthly cost is WAY too high. Should charge customers a more affordable price of $10/month. And stop trying to force us to pay for a whole year up front -- what if I don't need it for an entire year? Fantastic features, easy to learn, a pleasure to use. Just TOO EXPENSIVE.

Fantastic customer service For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time. This is never a problem nor is finding any form I already did or was in the process of doing. I am still in the trial timeline which is clearly displayed as to how many more days I have left in the trial. These nuances are so beneficial and not at all typical, they provide a much higher quality to the service and there is nothing I can't find or is provided that I could need later that is not right at my fingertip or click of the mouse. I am thrilled to have found this and reccommend everyone who has a need to fill out forms or find them. Easy to use, downloads perfect and so user friendly.
