A little confusing at first but once we got the hang of things it was okay. I wish there were more options for fonts and placement of wording and graphics but overall okay

This really works My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice. I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished

Ease of use was great and intuitive Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

I had a billing issue and customer… I had a billing issue and customer support identified my problem and solved it with ease, no hassle, and immediately. Just good customer support. That makes the entire experience worth it, and the product worth paying for in my opinion.
