Wish that the tools were better on the app. Very limited there. Also that there was a square/box that could be drawn, not just the addition of a circle.

just started using the product and it works very well. The only thing is that I will use it for the forms I need to fill out and then will cancel since I won't need to use the product after 30 days. You should have a one time fee.

I was perplexed when my money was… I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty. I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

The formatting on this website isn’t… The formatting on this website isn’t good. The page doesn’t load properly, which doesn’t allow you to find the options to cancel your subscription before charging you. Luckily, in the support chat, Thomas was very helpful and understanding.

I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute!
