After discovering that TurboTax does not have a Mac version for business tax returns, I found PDFfiller and it is a great alternative. It is much more reasonable and includes all the forms needed to file my return.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

It was a little tough figuring it out at first, but it seems to be doing exactly what I want it to do. In the sending and returning process, I think it could be done with perhaps fewer steps

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. PdfFiller ou rien Très bonne expérience. Au début j'avais un peu de mal mais tout est venu très vite. Je l'utilise essentiellement pour ma paperasse professionnelle avec les administrations lorsque j'ai besoin de signer.Non seulement on fait des économies de papier mais en plus si on n'a pas d'imprimante ou qu'on se trouve sur le mobile ou la tablette on peut utiliser cette application. C'est top ! Pas besoin d'avoir un logiciel qui prend de la place dans l'ordinateur ou autre. Pas de risque de chopper un virus en téléchargeant !Facilité d'utilisation hors normes ! Je ne vois aucun point faible pour le moment. Si c'est le cas j'en ferai part.
