People want to type into box which needs signed into is one problem another is email comes from PDF filler and a lot of people don't know I'm one sending stuff to be signed

4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). As a new small business operator, this software has helped me with so many tasks without having to leave work. The only draw back is that many times, recipients can't open sent pdf files and another route has to be taken.

I've only been using it for about 15 minutes but it seems like you have a lot of good stuff on here. I could use a webinar to give me more insight into how to use your vast resources

What do you like best? Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use What do you dislike? Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
