4.9/5 Stars. Not a full 5 because I felt as though there was a bit of deception as far as the subscription process was concerned but my problem was resolved quickly and more importantly EASILY! As far as PDFfiller as a program, it is EXCELLENT and EASY!!!! No hassle!

It is extremely user friendly and great to use for both professional purposes.

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

With some emails back and forth With some emails back and forth, I was very happy with the outcome of my communication with their team. I saw another post about the high price tag after the free trial, that is true, maybe both buyers and sellers should look at monthly options for those on fixed incomes.

Exceptional customer service Kara was of great assistance working through my billing question today. She was quick to respond and went out of her way to explore all avenues before I realized that the expense about which I was inquiring was charged by another company, not pdfFiller. She was extremely polite and patient.

pdfFiller is a great tool for a business to have. It has saved me a lot of time and money as It offers me the ability to fill in forms effortless and so many other things that I need.
