Great after-sales support! I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point. Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year. I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat. That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment. Really great service - thanks!

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought... I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.

I was just quickly looking for a template and bought the trial package and was fully refunded 2 days later. I was also able to cancel my subscription without any hassles. Keep up the good work !

Great and Very Easy Great and Very Easy , The reason we cancel is that we dont have the necessity now, and when the company grow and requires PDF Filler we will sign in back
