Very user friendly. I had to contact support and they assisted me very quickly and sent me the correct form to use for an insurance claim I was working on. Looking forward to using this service again. 6/13/16 Makes my life a WHOLE lot easier!

What do you like best?
Ease of use, variety of tools, and it has everything I need for my line of work which is Real Estate.
What do you dislike?
Font choice is a little limited unless I don't know how to find them... Other than that, I've used PDF Filler for about three years now and it is almost a necessity with my job.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've used it numerous times in Real Estate transactions to finalize contracts, revise items, and change information, etc. It makes my job much easier, neater, and smoother.

EXCELLENT Customer Service I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

Took some time to get used to it's… Took some time to get used to it's quirks after years of using Adobe Acrobat. But, I have actually found it easier to use and can do more .
