I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. Allowing me to fill it out first then charging me was more like a 50% chance I was going to sign up & pay.

The initial document that I needed was insufficient on the site (the word SAMPLE was written across the document multiple times per page). And, although it took several hours, PDFfiller was able to upload the necessary document. Problem solved.

Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.

Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

What do you like best? The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed. It's helping us to create documents that are needed specific to our clients rather than generating generic and boilerplate documents that are not personalized to our clients.

PDFfiller.com has made completing and sending documents very easy. It has also made getting signatures on, emailing, and faxing multi-page documents quick and easy over long distances.
