I got confused a couple of times when using PDFfiller, but their customer support was outstanding; they immediately responded and were very helpful. PDFfiller is a solid solution for filling out yearly tax paperwork on my Mac. I'll be using it every year now.

It was very easy and it had help listed if you needed it. So, I felt it was a great system to use and I will be using in and have used it in the past but I don't have Verizon anymore and I forgot my password. So I just created a new account.

I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. This is only used once in awhile. Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well. This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

I immediately was connected to a support person via chat, and he walked me through what I need and was very professional and supportive. I truly had a great experience.

A very easy to use to file your claim A very easy to use to file your claim, and I never have any problem logging in. I highly recommend this site, I am very satisfied. They just give me access to the Insurance portal that is why I have to unsubscribe. I will use this in the future.
