I like the site and the program. I do not appreciate being told of the cost until I had invested significant time filling it out. Not nice. Felt compelled to buy product - not fair. P.S. Even though I felt I had to buy it, I like it and have since used it multiple times.

It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

I've been really happy with how easy it… I've been really happy with how easy it is to find certain forms, then fill them in and print them, but I wasn't able to find a few forms I needed and had to look for them elsewhere. I'd be ecstatic if all the forms I needed were all in one place.

What do you like best? That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner. What do you dislike? That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive. Able to change words on documents-So helpful I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. The charge for using this program is a little expensive but I am extremely grateful for a 30 day trial. Thank you again.
