The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

This is an excellent service that I would not have subscribed to, had it not been for the special low price. Your initial rate was way too high. Thank you for lowering the price. Keep it low and you'll keep me as a customer.

Fast Refund! I was charged the $199 yearly subscription when I had forgotten to cancel due to personal reasons. The customer support agent quickly and easily handled cancellation and the refund. Thank you guys!!

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
