I was a bit confused & frustrated about how it works at first, but the support staff has been GREAT!

My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Easy to load documents, easy to complete, auto saving. Overall a good experience.

easy to handle easy to handle, good app

I am using this very seldom and did not… I am using this very seldom and did not remember how to type onto a form and she showed me but i was clumsy and so she patiently and slowly did it again. She was very patient
