I was having problems with not just completing the forms but also with abtaining my information, the young man with online chat help was such a blessing to me. Being a disable veteran some of theis computer stuff if a bit upsetting but Ralph helped me.

So far this is exactly what I need to eliminate printing. Saving me money.

nice job, help line was very good but would like more written instructions on text size and spacing.

I would like to use this for a month and try another time. It's perfect for my needs.

had a misunderstanding with my subscription but live chat was so helpful in helping me resolve so thank you so much

Once you figure out the process it works well!
